Jennifer Aniston revealed her favourite meal as a child. She told Bon Appétit, “Besides mayo on white bread? My mom’s chili was pretty darn delicious. It was beef chili, but there was something about all those canned, sliced black olives on it.”
“I don’t let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button. It’s pretty clear: Eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep".
