Jennifer Aniston’s plans to celebrate her 57th birthday at Chiltern Firehouse have been cancelled.

Chiltern Firehouse closed in February 2025 after a fire caused by a pizza oven ripped through the ground floor, partially destroying the celebrity hotspot.

In a statement found in documents obtained by City AM, said: "On 14 February, 2025, the hotel suffered a fire which has resulted in the hotel needing to close for refurbishment and claim on both buildings and business interruption insurance policies".

"On both policies the insurer has accepted liability and has made initial payments on account in meaningful sums".

"Under the business interruption policy the hotel is covered for three years loss of earnings whilst the refurbishment takes place and therefore the company expects to see no material drop in profits.

'This allows the company to fully re-instate the property whilst still earning the same forecasted revenues for the period of closure up until the point where earnings match the forecasted earnings within the same period."

He tells, "It's really cool. She's the sweetest person in the world. Funny enough, I got connected with her through Ed and Courteney Cox. They FaceTimed me together, and we've been friends for a little bit now".

Then Alex tells how excited he is to be able to perform at Madison Square Garden. He said, "I was here last year as a viewer and now I’m here as an actual performer. It’s just strange. Yeah, it’s really cool".

"I think Ed Sheeran playing with me. Ed has become a really close friend of mine. He and Shawn were the two people who got me into music, and now I’m friends with both of them, so it’s pretty nice."

According to some sources, Curtis has been spending an increasing amount of time in California, which may possibly explaining his decision to sell his New York property.

The apartment is 1200 square feet and located in Seaport. According to reports via Realtor.com, Curtis bought the apartment for $1.3 million in 2015.

Appearing on TODAY on Jan. 26, Jim Curtis opened up about his relationship with  Jennifer Aniston and exclusively shared news of his upcoming book, "The Book of Possibility", due out in September.

Curtis told Craig Melvin, "The origin story? We were just introduced by friends. Yeah that’s it, we found out that we had mutual friends, and we started to just chat. It took a long time. We chatted for a long time, and we became close."

He offered a glimpse of what readers can expect from "The Book of Possibility" this fall.

He tells, "The Book of Possibility is a book that is the closest thing to working one-on-one with me. So many people want to work one-on-one with me, I can't see them all, but this book will have guided visualizations that are recorded on a special app, it will have writing assignments, and it has all sorts of stories from clients I've worked with to help inspire people to live a better life."
