Isla Fisher's besties Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are giving their support her after her split with husband Sacha Baron Cohen.

A source told Closer magazine, "Courteney and Jen were two of the first friends she opened up to over a year ago when the marriage started crumbling".

"Admitting how unhappy she was and turning to them for guidance and support at a time when she was at her lowest after recently losing her beloved father. Having gone through painful divorces and being two of her oldest and dearest friends, Courteney and Jen were there for her through the very painful process".

"They guided her through her lowest moments and gently helped her come to the painful realisation that it was best to end the relationship rather than hang onto it only to be unhappy for the sake of their children."
