During an interview, The Morning Show star Mark Duplass tells that he is glad that he is not one of the writers and producers because of the extreme pressure.
But he feel very confident because he perceives Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon as two best bosses that he ever had.
To add to that, they are good bosses because they grew up as actors in the 90s when that many great bosses around and they figured out how to do it.
Hence, he has deep faith in them.
