Jennifer Aniston lost her first audition to Jane Krakowski. Both of them auditioned to act as a teen runaway on the soap opera “Search for Tomorrow.”
After 10 years, both of them also auditioned for Rachel Green’s character on “Friends". Only this time, Aniston manage to grab the role.
Krakowski revealed, “I’m pretty sure every actor within that age group tried to get on "Friends". It was just one of those shows that everybody wanted to get an audition for and be on. And wisely so. It was a show of a generation.”
“I may have gotten the job for Jennifer’s first audition, but I think it’s turned out pretty well for her".
