Aniston posted some photos of her and Courteney Cox to wish Happy Birthday to Courteney Cox, with caption, “I’d like to take a moment and wish my dearest CC the happiest of birthdays. Then she revealed Courteney's nickname, “I love you, Cox-N-Hammer! Happy Birthday.”
