Aniston was not present to receive her award because she was busy working on her movie, Cake.

Jennifer Aniston saves a girl's life by her public service announcements (PSAs) for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Giving Campaign (2012).

Thomas,  tells WENN,  who fronts the all-star campaign that raises millions for the medical centre, said "Jennifer Aniston has been with us from the beginning - nine years. She does these PSAs which are wonderful. They tell the stories of children and what they've been through."

"In fact I had a mother come up to me the other day to tell me that Jennifer Aniston saved her daughter's life. The disease that Jennifer was talking about on the PSA was what this little girl had. Her mother recognised it as the same symptoms and demanded the doctor give her daughter an MRI, and in fact she did have that brain tumour."

"They're not vanity spots; they're really informative and there to give information."

Friends actress Lisa Kudrow spoke to ET's Rachel Smith about Jennifer Aniston's comment where Aniston claimed that Lisa hated the audiences's laugh. 

Aniston told Abbott Elementary's Quinta Brunson for Variety's Actors on Actors, "Lisa Kudrow, by the way, hated when the audience laughed... She'd be like, 'I'm not done! It's not that funny!'".

Lisa was also promoting her new TV series, Time Bandits. Lisa explained, "No, that's not exactly -- no, no. It irritated me if they would laugh for too long".

"God bless them. They were so excited to be there that sometimes the laughter would just be longer than if they would have laughed at anything else. I was like, 'All right, well, take it easy. It’s not that funny. And there's more to say!'".
