A source revealed, “Jen has long since accepted that she and Brad aren’t getting back together and she’s at peace with that.”

“So, for the most part, there’s no big issue seeing him moving on and finding love again, but of course she’s only human so there’s still a case of ‘what if’ that creeps in from time to time".

“Jen and Brad have mutual friends so she’s well aware that things with Ines have become serious and that he’s talking marriage and hoping to start a family with her".

“That’s a lot to take in, of course, since she spent so much of her life dreaming of the same thing".

What Jennifer Aniston regrets that she didn't value when younger? During an interview with InStyle, she regretted that she didn't value sleep compare to now.

 

She tells, "Sleep is extraordinary. It's beautiful. But, boy did I take it for granted when we were young. When you're younger, you kind of take it for granted. You think, 'I can survive on three-to-five hours of sleep and I feel great,' and then, all of a sudden, it just starts not to feel great and your performance isn't as up to par as it should be."

"It's not just that getting enough sleep feels good and one feels rested. It's the fact that sleep is integral to one having a better health, especially as one gets older".

"All of your body is getting all the work done that it put itself through during the day. You realize a lack of sleep leads to all sorts of health issues," she says. "It's a deficit you won't ever get back."

Jennifer Aniston tells to USA Today that her parents does not have healthy habits.



She said, "God bless my parents who are no longer with us, but they were not the specimens of health. My dad still lived to be 89 years old, shockingly, but that's probably stubborn, Greek genes."

Because of her parent's unhealthy habits, she wants to have a healthier life.

She joked, "My friends call me Dr. Aniston. Just because I'm always up on the newest technology and [wondering] how can we improve our health in any way we can?"

Aniston embrace aging rather than trying to look younger. She explained, "If I tried to look the way I looked at 20, I would not really actually want to do that. It's absolutely impossible".

"I want my body to get strong, because as I get older, I want my body to thrive. We're all going to get older. We're all headed to that exact same spot. But we can take care of our skin. We can have a healthy diet. We can drink lots of water."
