Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Jim Curtis lists $1.5M New York City apartment for sale.
According to some sources, Curtis has been spending an increasing amount of time in California, which may possibly explaining his decision to sell his New York property.
The apartment is 1200 square feet and located in Seaport. According to reports via Realtor.com, Curtis bought the apartment for $1.3 million in 2015.
