Jennifer Aniston believes age shouldn't limit actresses' careers. She tells, "The societal idea of an expiration date just doesn’t exist anymore – it’s an old ideology. We’re here and we’re more than half the population… and would any of you schmucks be here if it weren’t for us anyway?".

Reflecting a similar belief to Jennifer Aniston's that age should not define a woman’s career, Michelle Yeoh said during her Oscar acceptance speech in 2023, "And ladies, don’t let anybody tell you you are ever past your prime. Never give up".
