Jennifer Aniston's beau, Jim Curtis, is putting his apartment up for rent, one month before his relationship with Jennifer went public.
He bought it in 2015 for $1.25 million. The apartment consists of two-bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can be rented for up to $10,500 a month.
Jim has allegedly failed to pay his common charges, totaling $29,538.19.
Is he moving in with Jennifer Aniston? Aniston currently resides in a $21 million mansion in Bel-Air, Los Angeles.
The couple was first photographed together in Mallorca in July 2025.
