Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon may join "Dancing with the Stars"

During an interview with "Extra’s" Derek Hough about Season 4 of "The Morning Show", Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon were surprised to see Derek. Derek was a professional dancer on the ABC dance competition series Dancing with the Stars from 2007 to 2016.

Aniston told Derek, "We should be in a studio with you, so you could dance with us."

Derek then asked them, "I was just going to ask you because I was talking to the casting director. They said that you both have agreed to be on next season of "Dancing with the Stars". Is that true?".

Reese answered, "Well, we agreed to stand in the audience and go this (clapping hands)."

Aniston added, "Maybe we'll be one of the guest judges".

Both Jennifer Aniston and Shirley MacLaine acted in 2005 movie "Rumor Has it". On The Drew Barrymore Show, Drew asked Jennifer's opinion about Shirley.

Jennifer replied, "She believes we were mother and daughter in the previous life time. And I think that's why we such instant bond. She's just fantastic".

Then Drew told her that Shirley and her daughter are on video virtually. Shirley told Aniston, "I just want to tell you, Jen. I never forget how professional you were during the time we were making "Rumor Has It". You were really wonderful to work with. I want to tell you. Congratulations from 20 years ago.

Then Aniston burst into tears and said, "Oh my God, that was really a surprise". And she was asked why it means so much. 

Jen then answered, "I was with her when my dog passed away. And I was at her ranch in New Mexico, doing a past life regression retreat, which sounds crazy when I say it like that".

In an interview with People at the premiere of season 4 "The Morning Show", Jennifer Aniston shared about playing journalists in "The Morning Show".

Aniston tells, "There's definitely some mirroring going on. I think Alex is lot more expressive and verbal than I am. So, you get that out of your system in the best way. But she is been a fun character to play".

"I love playing her. It's up most respect for journalists, I always have, even more now. Especially morning anchors".

Jennifer Aniston talks about her long friendship with Reese Witherspoon

E!News asked Jennifer Aniston about her long friendship with Reese Witherspoon at the "The Morning Show" Season 4 Premiere red carpet on September 9th, 2025, "You have this amazing relationship. What do you value most about that relationship?".

Aniston responded, "I think just the history, the trust that we have for each other and the support and the respect that unbelievable amounts of respect. And I don't know how she does everything that she does".

In another interview, Jennifer was asked by ET's Denny Directo about her relationship with Reese since both of them were in Friends and Aniston gets emotional as she talks. Aniston tells, "I'm very emotional about it. You know it's a tricky business. It's we were so grateful just to be to get any job. So, let alone be here 25 years later. It's quite special."

Jennifer Aniston prefers cosmetic treatments over surgery

During an interview with Glamour magazine, Jennifer Aniston talks about aging, "I think as far as aging gracefully, I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity".

Aniston thinks that people should love themselves, "I'm not going to say I don't get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff. I mean, I'm maintained." She prefers cosmetic treatments over surgery.

However, in 2007, she revealed that she had rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum in her twenties.

Reality Star Bethenny Frankel dated Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend, Jim Curtis more than ten years ago.

She tells on her podcast, “Just B with Bethenny Frankel” on Tuesday, "I dated Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend and he was a nice guy. I’m not going to get into too much detail out of respect for her and her relationship. I’m happy for her, and I want to say this in the right way."

They split because of Curtis’s work in the wellness space, which she was never involved in..

"There are people that would be better suited with other people than with you".

"But I’m happy for Jennifer Aniston because I do believe she wants to find love. I do believe it’s been difficult, as I understand as well as anybody can, and I do believe she’s sort of got that earthy, mellow side to her".

Bethenny Frankel then praised Aniston as genuine and a very natural California girl, "She’s an actual, true California girl, and while [Curtis] is not a California guy, he vibes with that wellness talk and it’s very Hollywood... And that is not a diss, it’s just a fact."

"And I like this guy for her because I do have institutional knowledge. So I am team Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis and I would bet on them. I think this is good. I like it, and I’m happy for her and for him, who I like."

Jennifer Aniston feels that making a new season of The Morning Show is like childbirth

During an interview with Glamour magazine for September issue, Jennifer Aniston was asked whether she wants to continue more seasons for "The Morning Show". Aniston is the executive producer.m

Aniston feels that making a new season of The Morning Show is like childbirth. 

She explained, "I don’t know. Every year since I finished the first season, I was like, Well, that’s it—I”m dead. That just killed me. And then you forget. I kind of compare it to what childbirth must be like when my friends are like, 'You just kind of forget what it was, and then next thing you know you’re knocked up again.' And having that same agony of pushing that watermelon out of a tiny little pinhole and then you just get to do it again. So I do feel there’s something extraordinary about finishing a season and not saying those words of, 'I’m done.' And just knowing that you’ve got to decompress and walk away from it for a while, and in my case, go do a comedy as fast as possible.

In the past, Aniston has directed three films including Room 10,Burma: It Can't Wait and Five.
