In an interview with People at the premiere of season 4 "The Morning Show", Jennifer Aniston shared about playing journalists in "The Morning Show".

Aniston tells, "There's definitely some mirroring going on. I think Alex is lot more expressive and verbal than I am. So, you get that out of your system in the best way. But she is been a fun character to play".

"I love playing her. It's up most respect for journalists, I always have, even more now. Especially morning anchors".
