Talking to PEOPLE, Jennifer Aniston was asked about her New Year resolution. She replied, "I'm not a good person to ask about that,” and shared, “I don't make resolutions".

"I really don't. I don't want to let myself down. I don't want to fail at that".

The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were among those who lost their homes.

Aniston's message read, "If you’re near the Palisades fires please be mindful that wild animals are fleeing the flames and may show up in your yards".

"The California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection advises bringing your pets indoors at night to give wildlife a safe path to pass through. Consider leaving out buckets of water for these animals—they are scared, exhausted, and may have lost their homes. A little kindness can help them recover and survive."

During an interview with PEOPLE, Jennifer Aniston revealed what drinks she takes before she starts her workout, she shared, "I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it".

Besides workout, Jennifer thinks mental health is important as well, she told Allure, "All you can do is the best you can. I meditate in the morning. I stretch before bed. I've been really trying to work on my sleep hygiene, and I hate those words".

"I can't stand 'sleep hygiene'. I've been trying hard to put myself in bed during the week at 10 p.m., turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world come crashing in".
