Access Hollywood spoke to Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston and Reese spoke about motherhood.

Reese revealed that she was in her early 20s when she had her first child, Ava Phillippe with her former husband Ryan Phillippe.

Aniston complimented Reese saying, "That’s why you are the woman you are today because you are capable of the amount of work and do it with such ease and grace."

"I am so blown away by this one".

Then Reese shared that she is happy to able to produce "The Morning Show" with Aniston and couldn't ask for a better partner.
