Billboard Pride talks with Ginger Minj about her new role in Little Mermaid remake which also has stars as Jennifer Aniston and Dolly Parton. Minj said, "It was just this crazy avalanche of love all at one time. And of course, I’m a girl of a certain size, who would love to play that role, but it never dawned on me that it could be a thing. All of a sudden, everybody’s pulling for it, I’m like, ‘Well s--t, this might actually happen.’”

Regarding about Aniston, Minj says that the actress gave her coffee on her first day on set and thanked Minj for joining the cast.

Minj says, “She was lovely. She’s just a really warm and inviting person, she was very nice to me.”
