Celebrity makeup artist Jillian Dempsey shares tips on how to make lipsticks into no-budge stains. She posted on Instagram Stories, by using blotting paper (also known as rice paper) on her clients' lips "[t]o blot excess cream lipstick, to mattify the color and create a stain look." One of her client was Jennifer Aniston.
