Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding postponed because of prenup Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux announced their engagement in 2012 but they are not still married until now. They haven't finalized their $110m prenup. 

One source told Us Weekly, 'The prenup is pretty much done.'

'Jen won't see money from Netflix for about a year, so there has been back and forth about whether her earnings will be considered from during or before their marriage.'
