Jennifer Aniston avoids white food
Jennifer Aniston wants to maintain her svelte body. Thus, she avoids eating processed foods and white starches.
A source told the National Enquirer “A girlfriend recently told Jen that she dropped a ton of weight by following one simple rule — stay away from any and all white food. Within two weeks of jumping on the no-white-food bandwagon, Jen felt less bloated and leaner.
“Now she won’t even bring foods with white flour or white sugar into her home. As an added bonus, Jen wakes up full of energy after only six hours of sleep, rather than the seven or eight she needed before.
“Jen’s current diet consists of a lot of fruits, veggies, salmon, tuna and even steak.
“She still indulges her love of Mexican food, but she skips the sour cream and swaps a flour tortilla for whole wheat or corn.
“Following one rule — no white food — is working wonders for Jen.”
