On Sunday, Jennifer Aniston confirmed her relationship with her boyfriend by posting a photo of herself hugging him on Instagram.

She captioned the post, "Happy birthday my love. Cherished".

Curtis has turned 50 years old and is seven years younger than Aniston.

Earlier, Jim was giving advice on how to find love at 42. In a video posted on Instagram, he said, “That’s a great question. Same as you do at 22 and 32 — but with more confidence, more experience, and more authenticity.”

“You are not old. First love yourself and recognize that you are the perfect age.”

“Go out, open yourself to love. Make eye contact and smile. Connect with people, and most importantly, love yourself. When you love yourself, you will magnetize more love to you.”

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar UK, Jennifer Aniston revealed her favourite curler. The curler is a hot iron for eyelashes.

She shared that she doesn't like to curl her eyelashes with little metal contraptions because she usually end up plucking out her own eyelashes or they get a crimp on the end.

She shows how she uses the curler and said, "You just kind of slowly, you push it against your eyelashes and it just makes them fan out really pretty and stuff".

She also shared that she owns tons of other home tools.

"It’s nice to have somebody [in your life] who does their own product line and it looks so well with yours."

Courtney admitted that getting into a body care routine is something she’s just started doing.

She shared, "I think using body care didn't start until I was much older.

"You spend a lot of time on your face. You wash your face, you use exfoliants, toners, serums and you put on masks and peels. And you really should start with your body at the same time that you care about your face because it catches up with you."

Friends co-creator and writer David Crane revealed Jennifer Aniston was “horrified” by this storyline.

"There’s a lot of debate about this baby beauty pageant story. We needed just something at the beginning that would get Phoebe and Rachel to be late and gave us a lot of jokes and was a lot of fun".

"But we were going with, ‘Phoebe’s into a beauty pageant? Rachel goes along with this?’ And when we showed it to the actors, Jennifer had a really strong response."

"She just was horrified that she’s entering her baby in a baby beauty pageant, and we basically said, ‘yeah, you’re right but it’s only one scene and she wins and there’s money’."

"I think Jennifer didn’t want to make us have to rewrite it so she got on board but it’s definitely a dicey thing. I think had we done a whole story about entering Emma in a beauty pageant, there would have been real trouble."

Jim doesn't have good relationship with his son and he wrote in his book,  “I wish I had a better relationship with my son, but he lives with his mother most of the time, and he’s pissed at me.”

Aniston wants the chance to be a stepmom for his son, "Jen’s in this for the long haul with Jim. And she’s so nurturing, of course she wants to extend that love to his son. That’s only natural for her."

"The last thing she wants to do is force anything, so she’s leaving the ball in Jim’s court. But it’s no secret that she’d love to play the stepmom role. She’s made peace with the fact that motherhood in the traditional sense hasn’t been in the cards for her — but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have room in her heart for a family."

During an interview with Bazaar UK, Jennifer Aniston talks about self care. She tells, "I think one of the most important things that we all should focus on is our self care."

"And that doesn't mean physical or beauty. I think it means internal self-care, mental self-care because that way, we are our best selves when we go out there into the world".

"If we go out into the world and we let ourselves down by not taking the best care of ourselves — whether it’s not getting enough sleep, not getting proper nutrition, not getting enough water, not taking social media or media breaks in general —we aren’t at our best. I think it’s very important to take care of yourself. It’s not selfish; you lead with love that way.”
