Jennifer Aniston shares some life lessons that her late mother, Nancy Dow passed on to her.

First is healthy living. She told People, "I was never allowed to have a sugary piece of anything, and I was also served spelt bread. I grew up in one of those holistic households…so I've sort of lived by that."

"My mom sort of drilled into me the importance of drinking water since I was a kid, but I guess really more in my late teens. I've become so hyper-aware of people who don't drink water now because I've always been such a water drinker."

"I have girlfriends that just can't drink water, they just don't like the taste of it. It's like, 'It's water. It's just water,' and I constantly say, 'You have to hydrate. You must hydrate.'"

Her mom also taught her to put on face cream and eye cream.

In Aniston's opinion when it comes to workouts is to engage in low-impact workouts. "I always thought that you have to push your body; it has to be an hour and a half; it has to be, 'no pain, no gain,' and all of those things that we've been told and it's just not the case".

"You don't have to break your body or spend hours in the gym…Remember, we want this body to carry us through the rest of our lives, through a second and third act, so we need it to be on our side."

Jennifer Aniston's comfort food is nacho. She shared to "The Independent" that she will take corn tortillas, cut them into triangles, and fry them in coconut oil until crispy.

Aniston also fond of Mexican food and it would be her last meal.

Her recipe for pasta carbonara will be combination of spaghetti, turkey bacon, red onion, garlic, egg, milk, and Parmesan cheese.

Jennifer Aniston earned money by cutting hair during junior high school.  During an interview for October cover story of InStyle, she shared her odd jobs, "I cut hair for 10 bucks a head in junior high. I could probably cut your hair".

"I cut my dad's hair, and he was on a soap opera [Days of Our Lives]. But then he admitted to me 15 years ago that he would go in and have the hairdresser on set clean it up."

She admitted herself that she had untamable curly hair, saying, "I tried every product known to man."
