Jennifer Aniston's secret to stay fit at 55

During an interview with PEOPLE, Jennifer Aniston revealed what drinks she takes before she starts her workout, she shared, "I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it".

Besides workout, Jennifer thinks mental health is important as well, she told Allure, "All you can do is the best you can. I meditate in the morning. I stretch before bed. I've been really trying to work on my sleep hygiene, and I hate those words".

"I can't stand 'sleep hygiene'. I've been trying hard to put myself in bed during the week at 10 p.m., turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world come crashing in".

"I've been trying to meet that challenge for myself. Some days you're great and on point, and some days you're just not. I’m a big believer in trying not to be hard on yourself because the world is so mean right now and so aggressive and negative. So why would we do it to ourselves?".

Jennifer Aniston admitted that her 20s were a nightmare. She only loved her 30s and onwards.

When she was in her 20s, she had trouble sleeping. She revealed, 'I've been trying hard to put myself in bed during the week at 10pm, turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world come crashing in'.

During the James Burrows special in 2016, Jennifer Aniston revealed her favourite "Friends episode", which is "The One With the Prom Video" in season 2.

Her reason was, "I always loved when we would flashback to fat Monica and Rachel pre-nose job and Ross with his Afro."

In this episode, Ross (Schwimmer) try to get Rachel (Aniston) to notice him without much success for months. 

Aniston wore a false nose while Cox wore a fat suit. Schwimmer wore afro wig and mustache. Initially Schwimmer didn't want to wear the wig and mustache because he thought he would look like Gabe Kaplan in Welcome Back, Kotter.

During a speech at The Hollywood Reporter's annual gala (2021), Jennifer Aniston told story about meeting Sherry Lansing. They had lunch together and Lansing asked her, "What do you imagine for your future?".

Aniston was shocked with this question, "I’ve thought about Sherry’s question through the years as my ‘future’ unfolded — and I’ve got to tell you, I never could have predicted half of what happened, or what reportedly has happened, according to the tabloids. But this question about ‘my future’ and what I imagined for it, has been like a riddle I’ve been trying to solve through the years."

Later on, her friend arrange Aniston to meet a numerologist as a gift and the numerologist told her that she was a late bloomer.

Aniston concluded, "Maybe I haven’t done my best work yet, as an artist or as a human being. Maybe I am just beginning. So, I started to embrace this idea of being a ‘late bloomer’ … of, just beginning."
