Jennifer Aniston will receive the prestigious Sherry Lansing Leadership Award at The Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment breakfast gala on Dec. 8 in Los Angeles.

Her friend and costar Steve Carell will present her with the award. Editorial director of The Hollywood Reporter, Nekesa Mumbi Moody said, "Jennifer has excelled across television, film and production; she is a dynamic leader within the entertainment industry and beyond.
