Jenifer Aniston and Justin Theroux will monitor their home renovations in Bel Air, Calif. once a while. They were spotted having a visit on Thursday.

One source tells E!, "Justin drove them in their Mercedes up to their new house in Bel Air, and they were met at the gate by contractors."

"There was so much stuff going on inside the property with a crane and several trucks that it was hard for Justin to find room to park. Once he did, they got out together and started to check out the entryway, courtyard and roundabout. Then they went inside and reviewed the latest progress that has been made."

"There is still a lot of work to do, and their original April move-in date has now been pushed back several months. Jen was in a cheery mood and chatty with the contractors. She had a scarf around her neck and very little makeup on.

They stayed at the house for 45 minutes before leaving."
