Jennifer Aniston is in a new US television advertisment for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for a good cause.

In that advertisement, she appears alongside Ellie, a young girl who has a tumour.

Jen is shown in that advertisement sitting beside Ellie saying, "Every night Ellie's mum whispered in her sleeping daughter's ear. She said, 'go away tumour, go away.'

"And to help that tumour go away her parents turned to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where our discoveries have doubled Ellie's chance of survival."
