However, theater insiders have responded critically to her ambition. A Tony-nominated actor acknowledged that Aniston could "sell tickets," but added, "That doesn’t make her one of us."

Another theater performer claimed that Aniston seems to be treating Broadway like a personal checkbox, stating, "Meanwhile, we’ve trained our entire lives for this."

One source shared their opinion bluntly: "If she wants applause, she should try stand-up. This isn’t sitcom summer camp."

For Aniston, work is important but self-care is also important, saying, "There's a lot that we need to not focus on, because it's so awful and ugly".

Jennifer Aniston shares some life lessons

Jennifer Aniston shares some life lessons that her late mother, Nancy Dow passed on to her.

First is healthy living. She told People, "I was never allowed to have a sugary piece of anything, and I was also served spelt bread. I grew up in one of those holistic households…so I've sort of lived by that."

"My mom sort of drilled into me the importance of drinking water since I was a kid, but I guess really more in my late teens. I've become so hyper-aware of people who don't drink water now because I've always been such a water drinker."

"I have girlfriends that just can't drink water, they just don't like the taste of it. It's like, 'It's water. It's just water,' and I constantly say, 'You have to hydrate. You must hydrate.'"

Her mom also taught her to put on face cream and eye cream.

In Aniston's opinion when it comes to workouts is to engage in low-impact workouts. "I always thought that you have to push your body; it has to be an hour and a half; it has to be, 'no pain, no gain,' and all of those things that we've been told and it's just not the case".

"You don't have to break your body or spend hours in the gym…Remember, we want this body to carry us through the rest of our lives, through a second and third act, so we need it to be on our side."
