A source close to her told HollywoodLife, “Jen is all about celebrations, and it was really important to her to take this trip down to Mexico, which happens to be one of her favorite place. It had been planned for awhile and she made sure to extend the invite to those closest to her, about 20 people in total. Jen isn’t letting a little airplane trouble affect the trip and everyone was in good spirits when they finally arrived, eventually making light of what at one point was a scary situation.”

Jennifer Aniston's private jet was forced to make an emergency landing. The plane was supposed to head to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico but landed at an airport in Ontario, California according to People magazine report.

In a statement to Fox News, an FAA spokesman said, “A Gulfstream G4, tail number N729TY, lost a wheel or tyre while departing from LAX. The aircraft departed without incident and circled near Ontario International Airport (ONT) to burn fuel. The plane landed at ONT without incident, with the gear down, shortly after 2pm. The plane’s planned destination was Cabo San Lucas.”
